My attempt at Potato Donuts

Snowy Day and I have cabin fever. Its still snowing outside but now my cabin in the Maine woods smells of cinnamon. Much better doncha think?

I have been craving an old school donut and these Mashed Potato Donuts are made with no yeast, out of what you probably already have in your cupboard, maine potatoes included. Hmm I wonder if 5 year old "Mace" spice will kill you. These are from Cooks.com and were the most simple I could find, simple is gooood.
